General Terms & Conditions (CGV)

1. Identification of the company

CHUVVE ENTREPO-LOGIS, registered in France at 17 Route Nationale, 62380 Setques, operates as a self-managed overseas warehouse providing storage, fulfillment, labeling and last-mile delivery services to professional clients.

2. Scope of services

Services include but are not limited to: container unloading, inbound receiving, FBA prep, SKU labeling, short and long-term storage, order picking, packing, last-mile delivery across France and EU forwarding, return handling, destruction, palletizing and value-added operations as detailed on the Pricing page.

3. Orders & service activation

A service relationship begins after a written agreement (email or signed contract). New clients may benefit from a 30-day free trial; standard pricing applies automatically afterwards. The Client must provide accurate inventory data, customs documents and SKU information.

4. Pricing & payment terms

All prices are listed in EUR, exclusive of VAT where applicable. Invoices are issued on a quarterly basis unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are net 15 days from invoice date, payable by SEPA, wire transfer or card. Late payment carries interest at the legal French rate plus a €40 fixed recovery indemnity (Art. L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).

5. Liability & insurance

The Company is liable for direct and proven damages to goods within the warehouse, limited to the declared value or replacement cost, whichever is lower, and capped per French legal framework. Clients are responsible for declaring high-value items and may purchase additional insurance.

6. Abandoned goods

Inventory that remains unanswered for over 30 weeks (as specified on the Pricing page) may be disposed of by the warehouse, with reasonable notice attempts to the Client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to keeping commercial and operational data confidential. Inventory information is processed solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services.

8. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, public-health restrictions or carrier disruptions.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of Saint-Omer, France, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
